How to Cut Strips and Circles with This Cutting System

The cutting system consists of a 30cm T-bar with two scales - one for scoring the width of strips, ranging from 1-2-3-4, and another for scoring the diameter of circles, ranging from 6-8-10-12. Attached to the end of the T-bar is a round cutting head with three high-quality carbide wheels that can cut glass thicknesses from 2-8mm.

To cut strips, simply nail a standard board to your workbench, place the edge of the glass against the board, and slide the strip base onto the T-bar. Use the scale to set the desired strip width, then tighten the screws to secure the base. Apply continuous pressure while sliding the cutting wheel on the glass, and the strip base will move over the edge of the board, effortlessly cutting the strip.

For cutting circles, place the glass to be cut on the workbench, then slide the round cutter seat onto the T-bar. Use the 6-8-10-12 scale to set the desired circle size, and tighten the screws. Place the round cutter base on the glass, hold the pressure button in the center of the circular holder with your thumb to secure it in place, and apply continuous pressure while rotating the T-cut wheel on the glass.

The strip cutter base can cut strips from 3cm to 30cm wide, saving you hours of tedious cutting. Most importantly, all your works will be exactly the same size, ensuring high practicality. The circle cutter has a 3-point base, allowing it to maintain its position even on rough textured art glass, and it can score circles from 8cm to 60cm in diameter.
